Yes for sure. There's a sizable breakfast crowd. There for breakfast. 😋

I do believe so.
Staff were fantastic! The beer was great and food was very good. Would recommend to anyone, for great food and cold beer!
Good atmosphere (dive bar), and food came out pretty fast! They have a lot of good food choices on thier menue and accommodations were plenty for us! I had the chicken tender basket... I would recommend getting something else as you only get there small chicken tenders, but all the food looked really good! And they're going to open up a third location soon!
Service attentive. Breakfast was solid. Chicken fried steak, hash browns, two eggs over easy. Coffee always full. What more can you ask?
Good food and fun atmosphere. Wait staff is consistently friendly and welcoming.
Great food and drinks but bartender's could have some more drink options
As of a few weeks ago Roosters was one of my favorite breakfast places in town. But they must of changed breakfast cooks recently. The last two times I was there the service was lack luster and my food was terrible. My country fried steak was tough as shoe leather and had not only been extremely over cooked but had also been left under a heat lamp for 20 mins. Ordered scrambled eggs, they were overcooked and undercooked at the same time. I didn't know that was possible. My toast wasnt even toasted. It was just warm bread with margarine melted on it. I definitely will not be back.
Always have a great experience here! Food is always delicious, and reasonably priced. Service is touch and go but I understand they can get very busy or be short staffed. Waiters are human too. Typing this as my husband and I are on our way for a quick date!
The second time I've been here. A good place. Decent food. Kind of small. But if you're looking for a place to play bar games and meet people it seems like the place to do that. Everyone was friendly. Decent beer selection. I'll go again. But nothing overly special. Nothing to make it stand out. A very large menu, lot of variety. Breakfast was good last time. Philly was decent as were the tots.
Great place to meet up after a long day of work. They offer huge 30 oz. "Goliath"mugs of beer. The food is typical pub food. Free popcorn and wifi and pool is also free on wednesdays. They have etabs and lots of tvs so you can always see the game.
Service was good portions were good but food was a bit too greasy
Food was good but not amazing for it to be a 5 stars. Service was alright. It was slow but probably because the place was packed.
The food at this place is fine, but not worth catching a deadly virus over. From what I saw while eating there, the employees are not wearing masks and they don't consistently seem to be cleaning anything. They are doing their customers and their employees a disservice and I'm going to be warning all my friends and family from eating there.
It was quiet and intimate place to go for a close date night if wanted.
Always amazing food. Fun vibe. Great pool bar.
Great food in a relaxed atmosphere. A place with sports on Tv, pool tables behind me, and a friendly staff that made me feel welcomed. I was almost caught off guard with how much I liked their Reuben Sandwich. One of my favorite places in Rochester.
